The 15th ceremony of the Belgian film awards / now called Les René du Cinéma following a 2026 rebrand from the Magritte Awards / was held on 7 March 2026 at Flagey in Ixelles, Brussels. The evening’s big winner was On vous croit, the debut feature by Charlotte Devillers and Arnaud Dufeys, which collected eight prizes including Best Film, Best Director and Best Actress (Myriem Akheddiou), as well as two Public Prizes.

Yannick Renier won Best Actor for Reflet dans un diamant mort. The Best Television Series Prix du Public was awarded to Baraki (season 2), with Anne Coesens winning Best Actress in a Series for Pandore. The Academy / the Académie André Delvaux, a founding FACE member / presents the René Awards to honour the best of Francophone Belgian cinema and television each year.
